The National Day of the Wine
In autumn the courtyards of village houses are transformed into miniature wineries. The freshly picked grapes are placed in the wine press and squeezed. The "ravac", that’s the first must of unfermented wine to be squeezed out of the grapes, is poured into the waiting casks. All villagers have a cellar in or near their house in which a cask or two are kept for guests, for holidays, or simply for when everyone is in a good mood. 
For many of the traditional celebrations, such as the tasting of sweet must, everybody is welcome to join in. The villager invites his guests into his courtyard and proudly serves them the harvest from his vineyard. 
Moldova has instituted a National Wine Holiday, which is held on the second Sunday in October. This formalizes an old tradition that, as soon as the new wine had settled, the winegrower invites friends and neighbors to taste the new wine. Everyone joins the winegrowers in the "hora" dances at wine holiday time. 
This is when you will also fully appreciate the meaning of the traditional toast "Noroc", which has many meanings, including, hello, good luck, happiness, health, may your wishes come true, etc.
The principal demonstrations will be organized in Piaţa Marii Adunări Naţionale (the Place of Great National Meeting) of Chisinau where during two days will evolve the artistic collectives, the dramatized spectacles, testing and the exposures of the viticultural products, as well as ceremonies for the nomination the winners of the contests of the wines and cognacs, of the prizes winner of the diplomas and prices for the contribution in the development in the viticulture branch. The festival will finish with a firework.

With occasion of this festival in the Republic is establish a facilitated mode of visa for the foreign citizens, with the delivery of the free entrance-exit visas, in conformity with the law concerning the institution of a facilitated mode of visa, nr.365-XV of September 25, 2003 (Monitorul oficial a.2003, № 208-210, art. 785)

Jour National du Vin
Automne en village les cours des maisons sont transformés en mini fabriques vinicoles. Les raisins fraîchement sélectionnés sont placés dans l’égrappage foulage et serrés. Le "ravac", c’est le premier vin non fermenté aux raisins serrés, le moût versé dans les tonneaux préparés d’avant. Chaque villageois a une cave à proximité de sa maison où un tonneau ou deux sont gardés pour des invités, pendant les fêtes, ou simplement pour bonne disposition ou une autre occasion (jubilé, noce).
Pendant les célébrations traditionnelles, telles que la dégustation du moût, tout le monde est bienvenu pour se joindre ensemble. Le villageois invite ses hôtes dans sa cour et sert eux fièrement avec la récolte de sa vigne. Moldavie a institué La Fête Nationales du Vin, tenue le deuxième dimanche d’octobre. 
Est formalisée comme une vieille tradition, puisque le nouveau vin étant prêt, le viticulteur invite les amis et les voisins de goûter le nouveau vin. Nous vous attendons que vous auprès des viticulteurs réunissiez-vous dans la danse traditionnelle "hora" pendant le festival du vin. 
Seulement ici vous apprécierez pleinement la signification du toast traditionnel "Noroc", qui a beaucoup de significations, y compris, bonjour, bonne chance, bonheur, santé, que vos rêves deviennent réalité, au revoir etc.
Les manifestations principales seront organisées dans Piaţa Marii Adunări Naţionale (la Place de Grande Réunion Nationale) de Chisinau où pendant deux jours évolueront des collectifs artistiques, des spectacles théâtralisés, des dégustations et des expositions des produits vinicoles, ainsi que des cérémonies pour la désignation des vainqueurs des concours du vins et cognacs, des lauréats des diplômes et prix pour l’apport dans le développement dans la branche vinicole. La fête va finir avec un feu d’artifice. 

A l’occasion de cette fête dans la république est établit un régime facilité de visa pour les citoyens étrangers, avec la délivrance des visas entrée-sortie gratuitement, en conformité avec La loi concernant l’institution d’un régime facilité de visa, nr.365-XV de 25 septembre 2003 (Monitorul oficial a.2003 № 208-210, art. 785)
