„Peace Flower” Music Festival

Every year on 21 of September we celebrate International Peace Day declared by UN, but there are not so many organizations which take attitude and promote the peace culture al least one time a year, in this peace day. That is why the above mentioned organizations felt the necessity of this festival as a way to promote the peace and no-violent communication by celebrating International Peace Day.
The festival purpose was the creation of an open-communication and friendly space between people from all parts of Moldova Republic and all its regions (including the Transnistrean region ), space in which people freely communicate especially through art. At the festival participated 18 young talents from all above mentioned parts of our country with ages between 7-15 years old as well as artists well-known from Republic of Moldavia such as: Vitalie Dani, Ninela Caranfil, Cezara Elena, Daria Radu and others.
The big prize was offered this time to Vitalie Fochin who came from Tiraspol and he sang „Our planet” an anthem of all children desire who aspire to peace and friendship and all the songs from that evening were dedicated to peace, harmony and joy of living on this earth.
The organizers opinion was that even if the festival had now its first edition succeeded to actively involve participants as well as 800 spectators, achieving in this way to obtain their objectives.
The event was media covered by National Radio Moldova news program and Independent Moldova news paper.
We hope that message of peace will touch all hearts of the people not only in our country but in all parts of the world and Peace will be established on earth not only for one day but forever.
