 Global Peace Festival Moldova
 Sunday, the long awaited dream of the Global Peace Festival in Moldova finally reached manifestation. GPF was met with great success as crowds flocked to the LEOGRAND Convention Center in downtown Chisinau for a night of entertainment and socializing all to support the common goal of peace.
 A 2006 óta folyamatosan megrendezésre kerülő Békefesztiválnak ezúttal Moldova adott otthont. A 2008 november 9.-i rendezvény helyszíne a főváros, Kisinyov egyik legpatinánsabb épülete a Leogrand Konferencia és Rendezvényközpont volt. |

 Service Project, 27 August, 2008
On 27 August 2008, while most people where celebrating Independence Day, 18 volunteers from “Youth changes the World” decided to celebrate national holiday in a special way: organizing a community service project in the Rose Valley Park of capital. |

 Summer Camp: Slobozia – Duşca village August 3-8,
2008
"Establishing partnership and cooperation among young people of both sides of the Nistru River”
Even if some regions of Moldova were affected by floods, the opening of the camp was as scheduled on the 3rd August. The camp was attended by 140 teenagers aged between 14-22 years, coming from most of the regions of Moldova, including the Transnistrian area. |

 The visit of the Italian parents to Moldovan orphanages, spring 2008
During their visit to Moldova in the spring of 2008, the eight adoptive parents from Italy were shocked by the harsh realities faced by children in the orphanages, despite several of them having visited Moldova numerous times previously. The difficulties faced by the orphans in their daily lives has changed very little, and although the state has attempted to provide sufficient help to these children, these attempts have proven to be inadequate and the children are in dire need of greater help. |

 Monthly peace conferences
This month's theme was 'Strong Families'. Currently there are numerous problems facing families, resulting in divorce rates up to 60% in our society. Our belief is that the family is the cornerstone of creating a peaceful and prosperous society and as a result of the conference it was resolved that the government must invest more in assisting and promoting the family unit. |

 Winter Fundraising
Internship Program
36 Society/NGO leaders, students and youth professionals participate at the A. F. IRFF ONLUS internship in January. The goal of this Internship Program was to attract talented people to obtain training in national and international fundraising while they made valuable contribution to the A. F. IRFF ONLUS Moldova work. |
